What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges upon 7 days of delivery. Customer pays return label. We pride ourselves in making good quality—no rush pieces. If your item is damaged due to us, we will 100% replace and remake your item!
How can I become an ambassador?

You can become an ambassador by submitting an application on the "BelleCrew" menu when you click the three lines. Applications will be reviewed within 1-2 weeks and you will receive a decision.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is placed please allow 7 business days for order processing. If your order is placed on a weekend, the processing begins the following business day(s). Once processed & shipped, your order will take 2-5 days to arrive.
